Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be indicated before the purchase is concluded.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the number of products and/or weight.
Orders paid by credit card and/or Paypal are generally processed within 24-48 working hours following the order, unless the product is not available in the warehouse.
If bank transfer is chosen as the method of payment, it will be necessary to wait for the payment to be credited before processing the order.
Due to the high number of requests, it may happen that the stock is not updated in real time on the website. If a product is purchased under these circumstances, we will inform the customer as soon as possible, who will then assess whether to wait for the restocking or receive a full refund for the order.
Capriglia Aurora Borse invites the customer to check the product sheets for information on average availability times and, if necessary, to contact Customer Service before purchasing, if delivery times are a determining factor in the decision to purchase.
Deliveries close to holiday periods may be delayed due to contingencies and/or closing days.
Deliveries are made by specialised logistics partners, at street level (no floor deliveries). The costs for the possible use of elevators shall be borne by the Customer.
The Customer shall indicate in the order if there are any inconveniences in arriving at the place of delivery such as ZTL zone, narrow streets, pedestrian islands, etc. All costs for any additional services such as rental of smaller vehicles, porterage, etc. shall be borne by the customer.
Constantly searching for fast and reliable shipping partners, Capriglia Aurora Borse is in any case not responsible for any delays attributable to the shipping company.
For each order the Customer will be informed of its progress. Capriglia Aurora Borse will provide the Customer with the shipping number and all the details to be able to monitor the status of the shipment.
Upon receipt of the order, the Customer shall check whether the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered.
Furthermore, the Customer shall check the conformity of the delivered products and the integrity of exterior defects. Only after this check has been carried out shall the Customer sign the delivery note, after which he shall not be able to raise any objection as to the external characteristics of what has been delivered to him in relation to the order placed. Any disputes shall be reported to the courier, indicating on the consignment note that the Customer shall sign for collection, the words ‘accepted subject to control’ specifying the reasons, otherwise the package shall be considered correctly delivered.
In the event of non-delivery of the purchase order, made using a payment method other than cash on delivery and in the absence of the addressee at the specified address, the courier in charge shall leave a card to certify the delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will go into storage.
In the event of non-delivery, the following day the carrier company in charge will automatically send Capriglia Aurora Borse the dossier opening the case of storage, indicating the reason for non-delivery.
The Customer is also able to view the opening file and the status of his order via the tracking number on the forwarder's site. The Customer shall bear the costs of storage.
Capriglia Aurora Borse shall contact the Customer in order to release the stock and ensure that delivery takes place as soon as possible. In the absence of the Customer's instructions and after 3 (three) working days from the opening of the storage case, the purchased product shall be sent back to Capriglia Aurora Borse.
Ten (10) working days after the product has been sent back to Capriglia Aurora Borse, and in the absence of any disposition by the Customer, the contract shall be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Capriglia Aurora Borse will proceed with the refund of the amount paid by the Customer net of the cost of the unsuccessful product delivery, as well as the cost of returning the same to Capriglia Aurora Borse.
The amount of the refund will be credited to the means of payment used by the Customer for the purchase or through another payment system depending on the circumstances. In the event that, before the expiry of ten days, the Customer asks to receive the purchased product again Capriglia Aurora Borse will proceed with the new delivery, plus the cost of returning the product to Capriglia Aurora Borse.
It is up to the recipient to check the condition of the delivered product.
It is possible to collect the goods purchased online directly from the shop, no later than 10 days after purchase. To proceed with direct collection from the warehouse, the customer must select this option in the relevant section of their shopping cart, before proceeding with the order confirmation.
