Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them. Each product must include all labels, envelopes and/or original box present at the time of delivery. The original box is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only outer packaging.

RETURN PROCEDURE

• Send an email via the contact page of our website indicating the reason for the request and the order number;
• Wait for the confirmation e-mail, in which we will send you all the information to make the return;
• Prepare the parcel and make sure that the box is sturdy enough for shipment;
• If we receive the item after 14 days after shipment, no refund will be made.

PLEASE NOTE: refunds are made following verification and relative integrity of the product and box.

Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the customer.

Returns that are unauthorised or in any case do not comply with all the conditions envisaged shall be refused and the customer shall be informed accordingly. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European regulations for distance selling shall apply.

REFUND TIMES
The refund is made as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked for conformity.
